ABOUT KIM

Kim is a journalistic photographer who applies her skill for being in the right place at the right time to the wedding industry. A thousand moments happen at once in a wedding, and experience has taught her how to find the hidden gems. It might be a tear on a father's cheek, a tender glance shared within the crowd, or an unplanned silly smile. Kim is already on top of it.

Kim's background is in photojournalism, studying under giants like Eli Reed of Magnum Photo and Dennis Darling at the University of Texas. After earning her degree and working for the well-known Brenda Ladd Studio in Austin for several years, she headed to New York to become the studio manager for Craig Paulson Photography, located in the heart of Manhattan. Working and shooting in New York for five years, Kim is now located on the West Coast, focusing on Southern California and Wine Country, often returning to the East Coast for more weddings and events.  

She's fun and easy to be around, knows how to cook a mean tortilla soup and spends all her extra time with her boyfriend, close friends and her amazing dog Rema.
